Ingredients
  

  • 11/2 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon  garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 4 lemon wedges (optional)
  • 4 (6 ounce) tilapia fillets, thawed if frozen
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley (Optional)

Instructions
 

  • Heat the air fryer up to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius).
  • Mix together Parmesan cheese, pepper, garlic powder, and salt and pepper in a small bowl.
  • Pat the tilapia fillets dry on paper towels. Spray both sides with the cooking spray. Press both sides of filets in the Parmesan and shake off any excess. Spray again. Place in air fryer basket.
  • Heat over medium heat for 6 to 8 minutes, or until fish flakes easily on the surface with a fork. Depending on your air fryer size, you may need to cook fish in two batches.
  • Add the chopped parsley and garnish with fresh lemon wedges.
