Ingredients

  • 1 cup Brown sugar
  • 2 cup flour
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla
  • as a taste salt
  • 1 paket chocolate chip
  • 1 paket butter
  • 2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 4 full eggs
  • 2 tablespoon cornstarch

Instructions

  • First, make sure your cookie sheets are lined with parchment paper for easy cleanup. Then, in a big bowl, mix together the butter and sugar for about 5 minutes, scraping the sides as you go.
  • Next, add the vanilla extract and a couple of large eggs. Whisk it all together for two more minutes until it's well blended.
  • Combine the dry ingredients in a separate bowl – flour, corn starch, baking powder, and salt and baking soda.
  • Add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients and stir to combine.
  • fold in 2 cups of chocolates.
  • For each ball of cookie dough, use half a cup of dough. The scoop on this cookie scoop is very close to one and a half cups.
  • Divide the dough into balls. Squeeze the dough down slightly, then top with a few more chocolate chips. Put the dough balls on a cookie sheet. Don’t put more than 6 on the pan.
  • Heat the oven to 375°F. Place the cookies on the prepared baking sheets. Bake for 15 minutes, then check. The cookies should be golden brown, but not shiny. They may take a few minutes longer if they haven’t been baked all the way through.
  • Allow the cookies to cool for 15 minutes on the pan before taking them off, then transfer them to the wire rack for decoration once completely cool. Frosting may be spread or applied to the tops of the cookies using a piping bag, if desired.
