  • 1 1/2 Cups Chopped Chicken

    2 Cups Chopped Romaine Lettuce

    3 Cups Caesars dressing

    4 Cups Grated Parmesan Cheese

    1/2 Cup Croutons

    1 Tablespoon Salt

    1 Tablespoon Black Pepper

    4 Large ( 10-inch) Flour

  • To make the salad:
    1. Place the chicken in a large bowl.
    2. Add the lettuce, and toss to coat.
    3. Add the dressing to the chicken and toss until everything is coated.
    4. Add the Parmesan cheese and the croutons to the bowl.
    5. Toss to coat.
    6. Taste and Season with Salt and black pepper if needed.
  • To wrap the salad: Put the tortilla on a flat surface, such as a cutting board, or a clean work surface, and place a quarter of your salad in the middle of it. Fold your left and right sides together towards the center. Tuck in the side nearest you and roll it up tight. If you want, you can use a toothpick to secure it. You can also keep your wrap seam side down to prevent it from unraveling. Use the same technique to assemble the other 3 wraps.
  • To serve, you can either halve the wraps or serve them all the way. Wrap the chicken Caesar wraps in plastic, parchment, or foil and keep refrigerated for at least 2 days.
